All mixers are manufactured in-house at their Avondale manufacturing plant. Direct communication from sales and the design office to the workshop, ensures that a tight control is maintained on the whole manufacturing process. The workshop is fully equipped with the machines to produce custom designed mixers and to mass produce stock components of impellers and couplings. With CNC mills and lathes, large lathes for those long mixer shafts, welding equipment for steel, stainless steel and specialty metals, a straightening jig to ensure that the shaft runs true, Mixtec -Western Engineering is equipped to supply your mixer with complete control of manufacturing and quality assurance over the end product.
